VIII interuniversity scientific and practical conference
«Innovations in economics and education for Russia»

On May 19, 2010 the VIII interuniversity scientific and practical conference took place, with its motto being «Innovations in economics and education for Russia».

Over 200 students and post-graduates students from 18 economic universities participated in the conference. Apart from IBI undergraduates, post-graduates and MBA students, students of the IBI Economic Lyceum, St. Petersburg State University graduates and post-graduates, students from St. Petersburg State University of Ingeneering and Economics, from St. Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance, from Tula Management and Business Institute, from Tula branch of the Russia State Trade and Economics University and from other universities representing seven cities of Russia and Ukraine took part in the Conference.

Over 300 reports were made at 10 working sections (15 subsections) and at the «round table». The round table devoted to the «IBI ethno-cultural expedition» where participants of the previous expeditions made most interesting reports also took place supplemented by the presentation of the «Crimean Almanac».
