Administrative Council

The Council is the chief executive authority for educational quality management of the Institute, responsible for the compliance of the IBI activity with its Mission, Strategy and Charter, as well as the current Russian Federation legislation.

The Administrative Council is empowered to deal with any problems concerning the Institute’s security, its financial standing and image policy. It monitors and manages the Institute’s extracurricular activity, helps to find fill-time employment for its graduates and arranges social events. All decisions made with respect to the above problems are obligatory for each member of staff. When necessary, the President’s orders and regulations are issued following considerations.

The Administrative Council performs the function of a special body (board) made to respond to urgent and extraordinary situations provided such arise at the Institute.
