General Information about Enrollment
The IBI admits for the higher education training program the citizens of Russian Federation, of Belorussia, people without citizenship, compatriots living abroad and foreigners.
Admission for first year is open to anyone who has a general Certificate of Secondary Education, a Certificate of Secondary Vocational Education, a Diploma of Primary Vocational Education covering the program of full secondary education.
Citizens of foreign countries (including those of FSU republics) are admitted in numbers.
At the IBI President's discretion and on payment conditions fixed in the agreement on training.
Full-time training:
Students are admitted on the results of placement tests (entrance examinations) in mathematics and the Russian language taking place from July 1 till August 7.
Hawing been tested students are interviewed to determine their individual attributes pattern and erudition.
School leavers awarded with golden or silver medal and "with honours" graduates of secondary vocational schools are admitted to the Institute without placement tests.
Classes started on September 1.
