Dr. Igor N. ZAHAROV - senior pro-rector in charge of educational activities, PhD, corresponding member of the International Academy of Higher Education Sciences.

Born in 1936 in Leningrad.

1959 – he graduated from Military Academy of Intercommunication and since 1964 till 1967 had post graduate studies in the same military higher school.

Dr. Zaharov has more than 40 years experience of work in higher school, for 16.5 years he was a chairperson in a military higher school. He is an author of 40 scientific articles and papers and has 3 inventions.
