Dmitriy F. LEOSTRIN - Vice-rector.

Born in 1947 in Leningrad.

1971 – graduated from Leningrad mining institute as mechanical engineer.

1993 – graduated from International Banking Institute , program “Commercial banks management”.

Before 1978 Dmitry Leostrin worked in scientific research institute, took part in development of specialized equipment for the needs of nickel factories in Cuba.

Before 1990 – head of industrial department, secretary of the Communist Party Committee in the Central Region of Leningrad.

Dmitry Leostrin took part in banking reform in St. Petersburg. Since 1990 he worked as vice-chairman and chairman of a commercial bank.

Since 1997 he is a Vice-rector in the International Banking Institute.
